We strive to reflect the proud heritage of our wine industry and the country’s true warmth in hospitality.
My childhood spent growing up on a farm in the Southern Drakensberg in KwaZulu-Natal and Cape Winelands
stimulated my eighth-generation farming interest in viticulture and winemaking.
After 15 vintages working with exceptional vineyard sites, I’m fulfilling my goal of reflecting South Africa’s
unique vineyard sites in limited quantities of naturally handcrafted wines.
Growing up on a wine estate in Stellenbosch Monique developed a natural affinity for hospitality and wine.
Her experience of over a decade in the industry supports our passion to combine wine,
food and true Cape Winelands hospitality.
