This course provides intermediate training for young sommeliers aspiring to go further and manage their own beverage programmes.
It has been carefully constructed and is constantly updated by professional members of SASA. It is taught over a period of four days covering the practical aspects of the trade as well as the managerial back-of-house elements followed by the fifth day of examination independently administered by the South African Sommelier Association.
