• Maximum Escape: Swim 1.3km, Bike 82km, Run 16km Trail/Road Run
• Minimum Escape: Swim 1.3km, Bike 41km, Run 10km Trail/Road Run

If you are not a Western Province Triathlon Association or Triathlon South Africa registered athlete, you will be required to purchase a temporary day license online or at registration.
