Elim Wine Festival

Once a year, the wine farms at the most southerly tip of Africa come together to celebrate their unique cool-climate wines.

It’s a day to explore elegant Elim wines, sumptuous local food, refreshing craft beer, and a country market in the Cape Agulhas countryside. And to enjoy a host of activities exclusive to this local farm-style community.

Meet and mingle with the winemakers of the Elim Wine Ward at the festival – the youngest wine growing region in the country creating the most excitement. Or join the winemakers for an intimate tutored wine tasting during the day (as well as Brewmaster sessions with our area’s craft beer). Taste how the unique setting at the southernmost tip of the continent crafts the intense fruit flavours in these elegant wines. And sip the exceptional Sauvignon Blanc on a bright spring day.
