DISTANCES AND START TIMES: 15km: 08h30, 11.5km: 08h45, 7km: 09h00
COST: Pre-entries (closing date: 23 August)
7km – R110, 11.5km – R130, 15km – R140
PRE-ENTRANTS who are under 18 years of age will pay the only R50 entry fee! Late entries under 18 will pay the normal late entry fees
Late entries taken on event day, if available at an additional fee
Timing will be done with Amarider Trail Tags. No tag, no time: available for rent or to buy.
ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: The Simonsberg trail system is one of the most spectacular in the Cape. The climbs are rewarded with single-track on various terrain and views of the Winelands. There is a reason this farm is called Uitkyk! Wildflowers start blooming on the routes too.

GENERAL INFO: Pre-entries will receive a discount and a medal to all finishers! The refreshment station will have Powerade, fruit & jellies and Coke at the finish for all!
Coffee from early morning and Health Wraps for sale. Book for a cheese platter at Uitkyk. One of the most historic estates in the Cape – the venue is perfectly suited for the event.
